1. Promoter

The promoter of this lottery is Waterford GAA.

2. Licence

This lottery is conducted pursuant to a licence granted by the District Court under the Gaming and Lotteries Acts 1956–2019.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees or officers directly involved in administration may not enter.

4. Entry & Ticket Sales

Tickets are sold online only at €10 (1 ticket), €25 (3 tickets), or €40 (5 tickets). Ticket numbers are issued sequentially beginning at 1. Entry confirmed upon successful payment.

5. Club Allocation

10% of the value of each ticket will be allocated to the Waterford GAA club selected at checkout. Club allocation does not affect chances of winning.

6. Draw Period

The lottery commences upon granting of licence. The draw will take place on Monday 22nd June 2026 at WLR Radio and will be streamed publicly.

7. The Prize

Option A: Return economy flights for two persons from Dublin or Cork to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth, plus €1,000 spending money. OR Option B: Return economy flights for two persons from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth to Dublin or Cork, plus €1,000 spending money. Total prize value strictly capped at €5,000 inclusive of all taxes and charges.

8. Prize Conditions

Travel subject to availability. Winner responsible for passport, visa and insurance. No additional cash alternative beyond €1,000 allowance. Flights arranged within €5,000 cap.

9. Winner Notification

Winner contacted using details provided. If not reachable within 30 days, redraw may occur.

10. Payment Processing

Payments processed securely via Stripe. Promoter does not store card details.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected includes name, email, selected club and ticket numbers. Used solely for administration of the lottery. Data retained only as long as required for regulatory compliance. Participants may request access, correction or deletion subject to legal obligations.

12. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, airline cancellations or issues beyond reasonable control. Promoter’s decision is final.

13. Amendments

Promoter may amend Terms & Conditions if necessary, provided prize value does not exceed €5,000.

14. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
